" I bought the tea cup and saucer with two roosters which I thought were beautiful. Unfortunately after a couple of weeks I noticed a crack forming on the saucer and turned it over and realised there is a flaw in the painting of the design which is on the reverse side of where the crack is. I’m so disappointed. Ive emailed customer service but heard nothing back. It was such an expensive item for me to buy and thought that would be reflected in the quality unfortunately that’s not the case. I would be satisfied with a replacement saucer. "
