Where and when we ship
Orders are shipped from China within five business days. This is the time until dispatch, not a promise that the parcel will arrive within five business days. Transit times depend on the destination, carrier and customs clearance. We send tracking details when available. If we cannot dispatch within the stated time, we will contact you about the delay and offer cancellation and a refund where required by law.
We offer delivery to the United States, Canada, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam and the Philippines where a shipping option is available for your address at checkout. Shipping charges are shown at checkout or quoted to you before you agree to pay. If a product page states a different dispatch time for that item, that specific time applies.
Customs and import charges
The buyer pays any customs duties and import-related charges assessed for the delivery if they are not collected at checkout. These charges are set by the destination authorities or carrier and may be requested before delivery. Any tax or charge that we collect ourselves will be shown before you pay. If a parcel is returned because import charges were not paid, contact us; we will explain available refund or re-delivery options and any actual, non-recoverable costs, subject to applicable law. We do not charge an automatic penalty.
Change-of-mind returns
For ordinary goods, you may tell us within seven days after receiving the item that you want to return it. Email [email protected] with your order number. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Pack the item securely with its accessories and return it unused and in resalable condition; inspection needed to check the item does not by itself remove legal rights.
If there is no error or defect on our side, the buyer normally pays the cost of sending the item back. We do not deduct card-processing or undisclosed restocking fees. Once a refund is due, we process it to the original payment method promptly and within any deadline required by law. Original shipping charges are refunded when required by law or when the return is due to our error. If local law gives you stronger rights, those rights prevail. In particular, Taiwan's statutory seven-day distance-sale cancellation right is generally without return costs for the buyer, subject to lawful exceptions.
Damaged, defective, wrong or missing goods
Contact us at [email protected] as soon as practical with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging help if available, but a missing photo does not automatically remove legal rights. When the problem is our responsibility, we will arrange the remedy required by law, such as replacement or refund, and pay reasonable return shipping. We will also help investigate a lost parcel.
