Who we are
Pingang International Trade House LTD., Hongkong Shajin gallery 18, operates lomonosov-porcelain.com and lomonosov-russia.com. For questions about your personal information, contact [email protected].
Information we collect and why
When you use our stores, create an account or place an order, we process the contact, billing and delivery details you provide, your order and support history, payment status and transaction references. We also process technical information needed to run and protect the websites, including IP address, device and browser details, cookies and security logs. We use this information to operate the cart and account, take and fulfil orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud and meet legal and accounting obligations.
We may use site-usage information to understand and improve the stores. Our Mixpanel measurement uses a short-lived random visitor identifier for eligible US visitors and offers an Analytics preferences control; other visitors' optional shopping analytics depends on their choice. A previous refusal and browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track are respected by this Mixpanel integration. This site also loads Google Analytics and Google Ads tools, which can collect technical and usage information and use cookies independently of the Mixpanel preference. Essential cookies keep the cart and account working. Promotional messages are separate from order and delivery notices; we send them only where permitted and provide an unsubscribe method.
Who receives information
We share only information needed to provide a service with the payment provider offered at checkout (including Stripe when available), delivery companies and customs agents, our email provider Brevo where used, hosting and security providers including Cloudflare, and analytics and advertising providers including Mixpanel and Google. These providers may process information in countries other than yours. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by us as a complete card number. We do not sell customer mailing lists.
Retention and your choices
We keep order and account records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle returns or disputes and meet legal or accounting requirements. We keep security and analytics information only for the period needed for those purposes, then delete or de-identify it unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. You can use the site's Analytics preferences control to manage the optional Mixpanel measurement; it does not control the separate Google tools on this site. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop marketing, at [email protected]. Some records must be kept where required for completed orders, security or legal compliance. We may verify your identity before handling a request.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. This store is not intended for children. We will post material changes to this policy with an updated date and give additional notice where required. Your rights under applicable law are not reduced by this policy.
