Lomonosov Porcelain Tea Set Gold Cottage 22K 6/20
Service "Cottage", a form of "Alexandria" (1827-1829 gg.)
The service is made by the Imperial Porcelain Factory especially for Peterhof Palace "Cottage", built by the architect A. Menelas neogothic Nikolaya 1 for wife - Empress Alexandra Feodorovna (hence the name "Alexandria"). The service, created in the "Gothic taste", like all design of the palace, blend in with the interior, is a remarkable stylistic unity finishes and artistic decoration, elegance and sophistication. All items are decorated with the arms of the service of Alexandria, composed poet Vasily Zhukovsky.
